What sets us apart?
Specially designed envelope sleeves
Uniquely folded envelope “sleeves” create an element of surprise. Sleeves are printed on both the interior and exterior and cards are printed on both front and back. For an added touch of luxury, you may add a ribbon to the invitation sleeve. Note that the ribbons for “Sienna” and “Autumn” are included in the price.
3-4 ink colors
Each card is printed with three or four carefully selected ink colors. If you love a particular card but would prefer a different color scheme, please enquire about customizing the colors.
Pre-assembly
All card and envelope sets are assembled for you and printed with your return address. All you have to do is address the envelopes and attach a stamp!
Second language is free!
Bilingual couples are welcome to submit their text in two languages at no extra charge. The cards will be printed in two batches of equal quantities with one language per card OR two languages on the same side of the card. Of course, you also have the option of submitting your text in one language other than English.
Low minimums
We know that many people prefer small weddings and so you may order as few as 40 cards. (Remember that you need only send one invitation per household.) And don’t forget to order a couple extra for your wedding scrapbook!

When you place an order for Save the Date cards and return within 90 days to order an equal or greater quantity of the full set, your Save the date cards will be refunded to you.
Quick delivery
Your order will arrive within 4 weeks of your order placement, subject to a quick approval of the text layout.
Custom design
If you like what you see but would prefer something completely customized for your wedding, please contact us to discuss. Allow 8 weeks for custom design.
Website posting
As many couples choose to post a website pertaining to their wedding, we offer pdfs/jpgs of the Invitation card and Save the date card. These are only available to clients who order these items in printed form.
OUR PROCESS
STEP 1 – Ordering
Complete your order in the Place Your Order section. Be sure to have your text ready for the Invitation card, RSVP card and Save the Date card, along with the name and return address (usually the bride or groom or parents) which you would like to have printed on the envelope. You will be asked for an email address and password which you will need in order to log in to check the status of your order and verify your proofs (see Step 3 below).
Text length :
Maximum word count for the Invitation card is 80 words
Maximum word count for the Save the date card and RSVP card is 25 words
Cards with two languages on the same card must not exceed the total word count above.
STEP 2 - Payment
You will be guided to the secure payment section of Paypal to complete your payment. At any time, you may call us at 1.514.814.0829 or send an e-mail to orders@idoweddingcards.com to get assistance placing an order.

You will be sent a price quote and instructed to make a payment via Paypal.
STEP 3 – Layout and proofing
The text for each of the applications in your order will be laid out and within 4-5 business days you will receive a proof in PDF format. Note: this proof is not necessarily color accurate, as every computer screen renders color differently.
Upon receiving the PDF proofs, you will need to inspect each application carefully for correct spelling, grammar, layout and punctuation. As an extra precaution, it is recommended that you have one or more people proof-read in addition to yourselves.
One round of text revisions is included in the cost of your job. Any further revisions will be charged at a cost of $50 for each additional round.
Once the layouts have been proofed, you will need to sign, date and fax or email the signed layouts back to I Do Wedding Cards. We cannot accept any further changes after final approval. Note: I Do Wedding Cards is not responsible for any errors or omissions noticed after the final approval.
STEP 4 - Production
When all of the applications in your order have been approved, printing will commence. Prints will be cut, assembled, packaged and mailed. You will be able to monitor the progress of your order by logging in to www.idoweddingcards.com with your email and password. Please allow 4 weeks to receive your order. For this timeframe to be respected, proofs of your cards must be approved within 3 business days. Running out of time? Enquire about rush orders.

Sales Tax
6% Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be added to all Canadian orders.
An additional 7.5% (QST) tax will be added to all Quebec orders.

International shipments : please ask us for a quote
Orders are sent via Express mail.
Returns
As each order is custom printed, returns are not possible unless damaged in shipping. Claims must be processed through the United Postal Service or Canada Post. Proof of damage will be required, including packaging.
