Do you offer samples?
Samples are available for 5$ ea. for a set including invitation and rsvp card. This amount will be deducted from your first order. Please visit the sample section of the on-line store.
What printing technique do you use?
The cards from our “flatprint” collection are printed on fine cotton paper using a quality inkjet or offset printer. The result is a matt finish.
We also offer custom Letterpress printing.
We will need stationery in two languages. Is this possible?
We are very accustomed to creating multilingual stationery. You have the option of putting both languages on one card or of creating separate batches.
How many extra invitations should I order?
It is a good idea to order an extra 20% to cover guests added to the list at the last minute, invites lost in the mail and keepsakes. It is less expensive to place a larger order now than to have to reorder a few later.
Do you print menus, programs and place cards?
Yes, we can print all of the ceremony and reception items you may need, including ceremony programs, seating plan, table numbers, place cards, menus and favours.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
After we’ve received the information to be included in your stationery, you should count on 1 to 2 weeks for production of your order and another 1 week for mailing (depending on your location).
In the case of a DIY template, the pdf files will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
I’m in a hurry. Can I receive them any quicker?
Yes, for an additional 20%.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa or Mastercard via Paypal online.
